  • President | Chen Xuerong

    Chen Xuerong is an experienced Finance professor and entrepreneur. As one of the earliest participants to establish China's stock market, Mr Chen not only founded one of China's first capital market institutions but also established China's first state-level securities museum - The Lidao Museum of Securities. Due to his outstanding contribution, he was appointed as the Vice President of the Securities Association of China. Being a true lover of history and culture, he travelled to 132 countries and regions, visited numerous world heritage sites and collected a large number of handicrafts from all over the world.

    Secretary-general | Sun Lin

    Sun Lin is a Doctor of Industrial Economics and a well-known cultural economy investor. Mr Sun has more than 20 years of investment and practice experience in the agricultural economy and rural construction fields. He is not only the Chief Planner and Host of China's first Mineral and Gem Expo, but also the main sponsor of the Hunan Wispring Education Development Foundation, a 5A charity institution in China.

    Liu Kuili is a famous social scientist specialized in the studies of the Chinese and European folklore, Chinese folk literature and ethnic minority literature. He is the Chief Advisor for the Intangible Cultural Heritage Department under the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Vice Chairman of the National Expert Committee on Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection, the Honorary President of the China Folklore Society, and the Honorary Committee Member of the Chinese Academy of Social Science.

KEY PROJECTS

We are committed to preserving intangible cultural heritage by enhancing its vitality, dissemination, and practical relevance in contemporary life.


On the international front, we have established a long-term partnership with the Sasakawa Peace Foundation to foster exchanges between China and Japan, focusing on traditional crafts. This collaboration aims to promote industry dialogue, cultural affinity, and mutual recognition between the two countries. It has led to impactful projects, including the publications Living National Treasures of Japan: Traditional Crafts and Kyoto Crafts: A Journey to 20 Traditional Craft Brands.


In addition to our international collaborations, we actively support artisans across China. Over the past seven years, we have supported more than 80 artisans and 43 projects, spanning areas such as lacquer art, bamboo and wood crafts, paper cutting, shadow puppetry, ceramics, Jinshan folk painting, youth Guqin education, and ceramic restoration.


We believe that safeguarding intangible cultural heritage is not just about reflecting on the past; it is a vital force that shapes a brighter, more sustainable future. By preserving these traditions, we ensure they continue to inspire and enrich generations to come.

「笹川和平财团」是日本规模最大的公益财团，自1986年创立伊始就致力于二十一世纪人类社会日趋多元化、复杂化的各种课题，独自开展并资助必要的项目，为应对全球面临的自然及社会性的危机。作为日本的民间财团，全力推动日本与各国之间在各个层面的合作。旗下的笹川日中友好基金，自成立30年来持之以恒地支持中国的改革开放事业，致力于与中国各个领域和各界的互动交流，为推动中日友好关系发展，增进两国国民的相互理解作出积极贡献。

 

2019年，笹川和平财团与世久基金会签订战略合作协议。

特定非营利活动法人「京都文化协会」，利用数字技术和京都传统工艺技术，保存珍贵的文化财产和传统文化。京都自古以来就被保护并传承下来庞大的文化遗产，是许多先人精心守护培育而成的恩赐，京都文化协会继承宝贵的文化遗产，并传承到未来。通过运作多样态的项目，如：文物未来继承项目、未来国宝项目、文化财产学校教育项目、文化展会项目等，京都文化协会保存无可替代的京都文化和历史遗产，在传达给下一代的同时，向学校教育和世界传达京都的美好，以此为京都的文化振兴和传统文化的发展做出贡献。

2019年，世久基金会与京都文化协会、北京歌华文化中心有限公司联合签订「北京樱花季」活动合作协议。同时，世久基金会与笹川和平财团、日本工艺会、京都文化协会已达成合作意向，共同推动日本传统工艺「日标三星匠作」评选方案，世久基金会为该项目的参与者和制定者之一。

上海现代服务业研究发展基金会是由上海现代服务业联合会与一些具有品牌影响力和社会责任感的企业共同发起成立的具有独立法人地位的公募性基金会。宗旨是遵守国家政策法规，遵守社会道德风尚，募集资金，为发展上海现代服务业提供公益性服务。业务范围包括：接受国内团体或有识人士的捐赠；支持现代服务业发展研究；培训和奖励上海现代服务业杰出专业人才及对现代服务业发展有重大贡献者；资助现代服务业新型项目；资助举办有关现代服务业发展的境内外交流合作活动和会展；实现基金的保值和增值；各类慈善捐助。

2019年，上服基金会与世久基金会合作成立「世久精工专项基金」（公募性质），并于2020年启动了首期非遗类助残项目。

北京歌华文化中心有限公司隶属于北京歌华文化发展集团。集团以传承华夏文明，做优秀文化的创造者和传播者为使命，打造大型国有平台型文化产业集团，致力于成为立足首都、面向全国、走向世界的一流文化服务供应商。由集团总部负责战略规划与管理，所属专业化公司负责战略执行与平台运营，在首都全国文化中心建设中发挥骨干和引领作用。

公益社团法人日本工艺会是以重要无形文化财产保持者（即人间国宝）为中心，由传统工艺作家、技术人员等组成的团体。包括工艺领域重要无形文化财产保持者在内约1200名正式会员所属。作为基层组织，设立了全国9个支部（东日本、东海、富山、石川、近畿、中国、山口、四国、西部），在密切各地方会员之间的联系的同时，为提高该地区传统工艺的发展而努力，在各支部开展研究会、研修会等的同时，每年都会举办发挥该地区特色的支部展。另外，作为传统工艺的专业领域分开的组织，全体人员分为7部分会（陶艺、染织、漆艺、金工、木竹工、人偶、各种工艺），各个领域的研究会及每年举办一次部会展，为传统工艺技术的发展和提高而活动。文化厅・NHK・朝日新闻社主办的日本传统工艺展从昭和29年开始每年举办一次。日本传统工艺展是按照文化财产保护法的宗旨，为了保护和培养历史、艺术价值高的工艺技术而举办的最大规模的公募展。除此之外，该会还将推进以重要无形文化财产保持者为讲师的传承事业和记录保存等与无形文化财产（工艺技术）的保存、传承及公开相关的事业，其实际成果是唯一一个没有其它比较的组织。

 

2019年，日本工艺会与世久基金会签订《日本人间国宝·传统工艺》公益出版项目合作意向协议。
